Wish List Fox Valley Ferret is always grateful for help in any amount. Donations benefit the ferrets directly as our
staff is 100% volunteer.
We are a 501c-3 tax deductible charity
. The list as of 10/1/08 is:
- Paper Towels. We are currenlty using about a roll a day to keep poops and other "ferrety substances" cleaned up.
- Laundry detergent (liquid please) and bleach. We do 10-15 loads of ferret wash every week.
- Toilet paper and hand soap (liquid please). Visitors and volunteers appreciate having supplies in the shelter restroom. Demanding, aren't they?
- Donations toward vet bills. This summer we seem to have had an unusually high number of ferrets needing adrenal surgery and/or dentals. We would be happy to supply you with the addresses of our vet
clinics, or you can send a check to FVF designated for "vet bills".
If you want to donate, but are not able to come to the shelter, we would be happy to take donations at our adoption awareness dates (see our home page). You can also help us purchase the supplies we need by
sending gift cards to places such as WalMart. Just contact us and we would be happy to give you our mailing address.
