We try to return all calls the same day, but the shelter mom is back to work 25-30 hours a week which includes evening hours.  Thank you for your patience.

Welcome to Fox Valley Ferret, please visit our Adoption page
to read about our available furkids and see their pictures.

Ferret FYI: Thinking about adopting or purchasing a Ferret?
Here are a few things that your possible new pet would like you to know.

Your donations and fundraising purchases allow Fox Valley Ferret Shelter to provide the best care for every ferret that comes to us, adoptable or not.

The sick or injured, like Lydia.

The seniors, like Lulu.

The biters, like Julz.

And all the others whether they stay a short time before going to their forever homes, or live out their days here with us.

Thank you for allowing us to do this for them.

ADOPTION AWARENESS DATES

Fox Valley Ferret will have ferrets, information and assorted fundraising items such as car magnets (featuring a variety of animals).

CANCELLED-Tues 6/30 Green Bay East Petco 5:30-8p

Due to Nanette's work schedule not coming out very far in advance, awareness dates will only be scheduled about a week in advance-you may call us if you want to know when we might be in your area.  Thank you.

FVF has offered Ferret boarding aka "ferret sleep away camp" for many years.  Now, due to some recent requests, the shelter mom is willing to offer vacation care for other pocket pets, cats and exotics.  Please contact Nanette at 920-574-2277 if you want more details or to schedule.

Fox Valley Ferret is a 501(c)-3 tax exempt shelter serving Central and Northern Wisconsin and the U.P. (and sometimes MN).  We are 100% volunteer run and do not receive any state or municipal funding.  We are funded primarily by donations which are tax deductable and appreciated no matter what the amount.  When you see one of our donation jars, remember-every penny counts!
